The Opportunity

In this position, you will act as the primary representative for a top-tier financial institution, guiding clients through financial management and digital platform navigation with high standards of professionalism and accuracy.

What You'll Do

• Expert Support: Deliver top-tier assistance to German-speaking clients across phone, email, and live chat channels regarding account details, transfers, and online features.
• Problem Solving: Recognize customer requirements and offer efficient, accurate solutions.
• Security & Compliance: Uphold rigorous data protection standards and follow financial guidelines to guarantee safe account operations.
• Language Integration: Apply your B2-level Spanish proficiency to navigate internal software and coordinate with local teams.

Training & Development

Our thorough onboarding program ensures you are fully prepared before managing live client interactions:

• Initial Duration: First 5 weeks
• Schedule: Starts from 09:00 to 15:00, then transitions to your designated permanent shift
• Content: In-depth coverage of banking systems, financial compliance, and service quality standards

Working Hours & Options

We offer full-time and adaptable part-time employment options to accommodate your lifestyle. Select your fixed working hours prior to your start date:

• Contract Types: Standard 40-hour full-time, alongside 30-hour and 35-hour part-time choices
• Morning Shift: 07:00-16:00
• Afternoon Shift: 14:00-24:00
• Night Shift: 22:00-07:00

Candidate Profile

• Language Skills: Fluent German (C1/C2) and at least conversational Spanish (B2 minimum).
• Communication: Outstanding spoken and written expression with a strong customer-first approach.
• Mindset: An optimistic, self-motivated attitude. Previous banking experience is advantageous, though not required.
• Residency: Local resident of Madrid or prepared to relocate, holding valid EU work authorization.
