Location: Bucharest, Romania (District 4, City Offices complex at Şoseaua Olteniței 2, adjacent to Eroii Revoluției Metro Station).

Hybrid Model: 3 office days (Monday-Wednesday) and 2 work-from-home days (Thursday-Friday).

Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00.

Contract: Permanent, full-time.

Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused team member with fluent or near-fluent German proficiency to join our expanding department in Bucharest. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for German-speaking clients, answering inquiries professionally and sustaining exemplary standards of customer care.

Core Accountabilities

• Multichannel Support: Deliver timely resolution of client requests coming in via telephone, email, and live messaging in fluent German.
• Issue Resolution: Diagnose incoming client difficulties rapidly to provide efficient, personalized first-contact solutions.
• Record Keeping: Enter accurate details regarding customer touchpoints, account adjustments, and ticket summaries in our CRM application.
• Team Collaboration: Partner alongside secondary support tiers and technical experts to resolve complex escalated tickets.
• Service Enhancements: Identify key client requirements to recommend valuable product add-ons that improve client satisfaction.
• Knowledge Upgrades: Regularly update your understanding of corporate guidelines, product features, and software systems.

Target Candidate Profile

• Languages: Full German fluency (C1/C2 level) matched with strong English capabilities (B2 level or higher) for internal communication.
• Communication: Exceptional active listening, verbal clarity, and polished written communication abilities.
• Technical Aptitude: Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and comfortable learning specialized enterprise tools rapidly.
• Mindset: Patient, empathetic, and analytical approach when working through difficult customer interactions.
• Location: Able to commute to the Eroii Revoluției office 3 days per week.

Onboarding & Training

• Duration: 1 week of comprehensive onboarding instruction.
• Schedule: Held Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00.
• Content: Guided by corporate trainers, covering support tools, product knowledge, company workflows, and practical user simulations.

Compensation & Financial Perks

• Net Base Salary: 5,569 RON net per month.
• Remote & Commute Allowance: 400 RON net monthly stipend to cover home office utilities and transit expenses.
• Total Net Guaranteed: 5,969 RON net monthly guaranteed.
• Meal Allowance: 25 RON per worked day, delivered via a Pluxee card.
