We are seeking a service-oriented professional with native or near-native German fluency to join our growing Bucharest division. Serving as a key contact for our German-speaking clientele, you will handle inquiries with exceptional professionalism while upholding top service quality.

Core Accountabilities

Multichannel Support: Deliver comprehensive customer service across phone, live chat, and email systems using fluent, professional German.
Issue Resolution: Diagnose and solve client problems efficiently to achieve effective resolution on the first interaction.
Record Keeping: Input detailed logs of client interactions, account updates, and resolution details directly into the CRM database.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with technical specialists and escalation units to address complex cases.
Service Enhancements: Identify opportunities to introduce value-adding product features and add-ons tailored to client requirements.
Knowledge Upgrades: Stay fully informed about updated product features, corporate guidelines, and daily operational workflows.

Target Candidate Profile

Languages: C1/C2 level proficiency in German alongside B2 or higher English skills for team collaboration and internal software use.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, clear writing ability, and strong active listening techniques.
Technical Aptitude: Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, with a fast capacity to learn proprietary enterprise software.
Mindset: Patient, organized, and empathetic problem solver who remains calm under pressure.
Location: Fully prepared to commute to our District 4 office near Eroii Revoluției Metro 3 days per week.

Onboarding & Training

Duration: 1 week of fully paid introductory training.
Schedule: Held Monday through Friday, 10:00 to 17:00.
Content: Led by corporate trainers, covering support tools, product specifications, operational processes, and practical scenario simulations.

Compensation & Financial Perks

Net Base Salary: 5,569 RON net per month.
Remote & Commute Allowance: 400 RON net monthly allowance to help cover home utility bills and travel costs.
Total Net Guaranteed: 5,969 RON total net guaranteed monthly earnings.
Meal Allowance: 25 RON per day worked, loaded onto a Pluxee meal card.
Performance Bonuses: Regular financial rewards tied to client satisfaction scores (CSAT) and core KPIs.
Sales Incentives: Direct commission payouts for successful service cross-sells and product upgrades.
