Overview

We are actively hiring a customer-oriented team member with fluent or near-fluent German language skills to strengthen our expanding team in Bucharest. Working in this permanent full-time position, you will act as the main contact person for German-speaking users, handling inquiries efficiently while delivering a top-tier customer experience during every interaction.

Core Accountabilities

Multichannel Support: Address incoming customer requests via phone calls, email messages, and real-time text chat using fluent, courteous German.
Issue Resolution: Diagnose user issues efficiently to deliver fast, customized solutions during the initial client interaction.
Record Keeping: Log accurate records of client communications, account changes, and resolution paths within the company CRM system.
Team Collaboration: Partner with tier-two technical support teams and internal specialists to resolve complex or escalated client tickets.
Service Enhancements: Identify key user needs to suggest relevant product features and software upgrades that bring real value to clients.
Knowledge Upgrades: Participate in continuous learning to stay fully informed on updated business policies, software tools, and product lines.

Target Candidate Profile

Languages: Fluent written and spoken German proficiency (C1/C2 level) paired with fluent business English (B2 level or higher) for internal communications.
Communication: Outstanding active listening abilities alongside clear, expressive, and empathetic communication skills.
Technical Aptitude: Practical experience using Microsoft Office applications and the ability to adapt quickly to proprietary digital tools.
Mindset: Calm, customer-first, and analytical approach when troubleshooting complex customer questions.
Location: Capability to reliably attend the physical office at Eroii Revoluției 3 days per week.

Onboarding & Training

Duration: 1 week of intensive, structured introductory training.
Schedule: Held Monday to Friday, running daily from 10:00 until 17:00.
Content: Delivered by experienced corporate trainers, incorporating tool walk-throughs, product knowledge modules, standard workflows, and realistic practical exercises.

Compensation & Financial Perks

Net Base Salary: 5,569 RON net per month.
Remote & Commute Allowance: 400 RON net monthly allowance designed to offset home office utility expenses and travel costs.
Total Net Guaranteed: 5,969 RON total net monthly income guaranteed.
Meal Allowance: 25 RON provided for each active working day, credited via a Pluxee benefit card.
Performance Bonuses: Regular bonus payouts awarded for achieving target Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores and operational KPIs.
Sales Incentives: Extra sales commissions for successfully introducing clients to product add-ons and service upgrades.
Overtime Pay: 25% pay increase for any officially authorized overtime work.
