• Account Maintenance & Compliance: Update customer database profiles, process re-orders, handle logistics inquiries, and manage sensitive health data in strict compliance with European data protection regulations (GDPR) and internal medical standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with quality assurance analysts, shift supervisors, and medical coordinators to continuously refine our service delivery metrics and escalate critical patient cases appropriately.
