What you will be doing:
  • Guide customers through Loan Applications with finesse.
  • Assist with Loan Repayment Schedules.
  • Nail customer queries via Phone, Chat, SMS, or Email.
  • Spotlight new products to enhance the client journey.
  • Keep customers at the heart of it all.
