German-Speaking Customer Support Advisor (Temp to Perm)

Our wonderful client is looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join their expanding team. Working as part of the client support function , which acts as "the engine room of the organisation", you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting with registrations, renewals and service enquiries. This is an outbound calling role, so telephone experience is essential, alongside strong interpersonal skills.

Starting initially on a temporary basis, if all goes well, there will be potential to move onto a permanent contract.

German-Speaking Customer Support Advisor (Temp to Perm) Responsibilities

Your main duties will include:

• Building rapport and strong relationships with clients by providing advice and support throughout the onboarding process.
• Making around 50 outbound calls per day to customers to explain the benefits of the service; assisting with the registration and renewal process.
• Logging and maintaining customer records.
• Providing first line support, including IT and process issues, concerns, updates on application and status.
• Working to consistently meet and exceed personal call targets relating to call rates.

• Native or fluent German-speaker

• The successful candidate will be charismatic, confident and able to pick up information quickly in order to provide high quality service to customers.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Proven track record of working to deadlines and targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to the needs of a growing business.

The Location

This is a full-time, hybrid role, based just outside Oxford, working two days in the office (Thursday and Friday). Free onsite parking is available.
