Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio Consulting: Advise policyholders on coverage options-including auto, liability, and property insurance-to ensure complete risk management.
• Claims Management: Guide clients through every phase of the claims procedure, providing structured support and clear solutions.
• Client Retention: Build long-term trust by conducting regular account reviews and delivering high-level service.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Execute system transactions and manage confidential financial records in strict accordance with GDPR guidelines.
• Process Improvement: Participate in virtual team meetings to streamline workflows and boost overall service quality.

Candidate Profile

Essential Criteria:

• Language Skills: Fluent (C1/C2 level) in written and spoken German to interpret complex policy documents, plus professional English (B2 level or higher) for internal alignment.
• Analytical Ability: Skilled at assessing detailed file information to deliver accurate risk evaluations.
• Composure: Able to maintain professional composure when handling high-value property claims or sensitive financial issues.
• Remote Work Discipline: Strong self-motivation, solid time-management skills, and strict adherence to remote data security protocols.

Experience & Background:

• Previous background in insurance, finance, or legal fields is a plus, though not required (comprehensive training is provided).
