Your responsibilities:
• Make/Receive calls from various clients and respond to their requests,
• Respond to customer requests in back office,
• Commercial skills according to the projects
• Ability to handle objections/complaints,
• Comfortable with various computer applications,

Das bringen Sie mit:
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Niveau C1 / C2 - zwingend erforderlich)
• Gute theoretische und praktische IT-Kenntnisse (zwingend erforderlich)
• Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und gutes Auftreten
• Proaktive Arbeitsweise und Eigeninitiative
• Erfahrung im Kundenservice ist von Vorteil
• Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Schichtarbeitszeiten (40 Std./Woche - 8 Std./Tag)
