German Speaking eCommerce Consultant

Job Description
Our Partner is a multinational company in the field of BSC. They started to expand in Budapest in 2013 and the company currently employs 500+ people. They are serving their customers in 17 different languages with a focus on IT Service Desk, Finance & Accounting, Logistics, Reporting, IT Development and Project Management.
Now You can join as an eCommerce Consultant (German Speaking)
Tasks:
- Provide consulting services, recommend processes and ensure the optimal use of standards
- Coordinate all internal and external parties contributing to desing and implementation of an eCommerce solution
- Manage project communication, including functional communication and escalation management
- Create manatrials for internal and external trainings
- Support and advise on the conception, implementation, and development of our service
- Conduct workshops and presentations on the positioning of eCommerce capabilities and process optimisation in business processing
- Create required presales materials
- Collaborate on internal optimisation projects to increase the quality, functionality and stability
Requirements
- High level of English and German language skills
- Experience in eCommerce
- Experience in providing technical management and advisory support to project teams
