Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates to provide a tailored recruitment experience.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring objectives and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
• Offer timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.

Requirements

• Fluency in German; proficiency in English is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with diverse clientele.
• A self-starter attitude with effective time management skills in a freelance setting.
• A genuine commitment to helping individuals succeed in their career journeys.
• Able to attend a mandatory 3 months training in Greece
