Compensation & Financials

• Total Rewards: €26,000 base salary plus a €4,000 performance-based bonus, yielding a total On-Target Earnings (OTE) package of up to €30,000 gross.

Daily Responsibilities

• Account Management: Manage the entire client onboarding process from start to finish, architecting smart Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising strategies customized for diverse business models.
• Strategic Consulting: Evaluate specific client objectives to deliver bespoke digital tools that enable them to reach their core performance benchmarks.
• Campaign Management: Deploy, supervise, and continuously improve high-impact ad campaigns designed to help brands enter new markets rapidly and maintain long-term success.
• Revenue Generation: Maximize current revenue pipelines by identifying account expansion opportunities, using data analytics to prove that their marketing spend yields a strong return on investment (ROI).
