Role Overview

Become part of an ambitious unit in Barcelona driving a major digital advertising program for Google Ads. Aimed at candidates adept at handling commercial accounts within the German region, this position establishes you as a trusted marketing consultant. You will oversee an assigned portfolio of scaling mid-market enterprises and future technology leaders in a dynamic industry sector. Your main objective is to establish robust working relationships, drive platform feature adoption, limit customer churn, and identify new revenue expansion avenues across your client base while enjoying an exceptional international career on the Mediterranean coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding & PPC Strategy: Act as the lead consultant for launching new enterprise clients and building high-yield, customized pay-per-click campaign frameworks aligned with their commercial targets.
• Proactive Client Engagement: Maintain consistent outbound telephone contact across your account assignments to instruct users, build deep trust, foster long-term loyalty, and expand account value.
• Needs Assessment & Custom Setup: Evaluate client objectives to implement custom, scalable campaign configurations that produce fast, tangible results and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
• CRM & Portfolio Management: Maintain accurate, organized history records of every customer touchpoint, milestone, and strategic portfolio within internal CRM software with absolute precision.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze key ad metrics and deliver actionable evaluation reports, data insights, and optimization advice to key account decision-makers.
• Funnel & Content Integration: Support clients in aligning Google Ads with broader digital marketing funnels, including landing page conversion optimization and target audience experimentation.
• Market Feedback Loop: Deliver regional market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback originating from Germany to help shape internal products, features, and tools.
