Key Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding & PPC Strategy: Serve as the primary contact for onboarding new business clients and creating effective, customized pay-per-click campaign strategies aligned with their commercial objectives.
• Proactive Client Engagement: Conduct continuous outbound phone outreach across your portfolio to train accounts, build trust, cultivate deep rapport, and expand business operations.
• Needs Assessment & Custom Setup: Analyze customer goals to build targeted, flexible campaign structures that produce fast results and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
• CRM & Portfolio Management: Maintain accurate, organized history logs of all client interactions, milestone updates, and strategic portfolios within internal CRM platforms with absolute precision.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Review key campaign KPIs and deliver actionable evaluation reports and transparent optimization strategies to key account stakeholders.
• Funnel & Content Integration: Help client accounts align Google Ads with broader digital marketing funnels, landing page optimization, and target audience testing.
• Market Feedback Loop: Provide local market insights, competitive information, and user feedback originating from Germany to help refine product offerings and internal tools.
