You will take ownership of a dedicated portfolio comprising expanding mid-market enterprises and emerging tech innovators. Your primary mission is to build lasting business partnerships, drive platform feature adoption, minimize account churn, and unlock commercial expansion opportunities across your client accounts while developing a high-impact international career in Catalonia.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding & PPC Strategy: Serve as the primary contact for onboarding new corporate accounts and constructing tailored pay-per-click campaign strategies aligned with client growth objectives.
• Proactive Client Engagement: Execute structured outbound phone outreach across your portfolio to educate account holders, build trust, develop deep rapport, and expand revenue streams.
• Needs Assessment & Custom Setup: Evaluate client commercial targets to build flexible, high-performing campaign structures that maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
• CRM & Portfolio Management: Maintain precise, methodically organized logs of all account interactions, strategic milestones, and pipeline updates within internal CRM platforms with absolute accuracy.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze key campaign metrics and deliver transparent evaluation reports and actionable optimization strategies to executive client stakeholders.
• Funnel & Content Integration: Assist clients in integrating Google Ads into broader digital funnels, focusing on landing page optimization and target audience segment testing.
• Market Feedback Loop: Gather local market insights, competitive intelligence, and user feedback originating from Germany to help refine product offerings and internal tools.
