The Role

As our German-Speaking Google Ads Sales Manager, you will assume full responsibility for our complete outbound sales engine. Tapping into a DACH e-commerce marketplace encompassing approximately 30,000 digital storefronts, you will execute multi-channel prospecting initiatives, establish rapport with key decision-makers, deliver high-impact account reviews, and secure new agency contracts. To excel in this capacity, you must combine an energetic, structured approach to prospecting with the technical credibility required to discuss return on investment and advertising efficiency confidently with e-commerce founders and marketing executives.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Sales Execution: Manage the entire transaction lifecycle-spanning initial cold outreach and sourcing to presenting pitches, delivering proposals, and finalizing contract negotiations with absolute accountability.
• Multi-Touch Outbound Outreach: Deploy synchronized engagement strategies across Telephone, Email, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, integrating optimized cold-email frameworks with consistent calling routines.
• Targeted Prospecting: Research and categorize prospective accounts within the DACH e-commerce segment, initiating personalized messaging campaigns designed to capture executive attention.
• Audits as Sales Pitching: Conduct preliminary Google Ads account evaluations to identify unrealized revenue opportunities, utilizing your findings as the primary leverage point during client pitches.
• Metrics & Pipeline Goals: Maintain a steady daily execution pace (~100-150 outbound calls) to secure 1 to 2 qualified appointments daily and close 4+ deals per month, aiming for a ~20% close rate.
• CRM Discipline: Maintain pristine, precise documentation within the CRM platform, ensuring accurate pipeline forecasting and dependable follow-up tracking.
• Market Insights: Partner with agency leadership to continuously refine our ideal customer profiles (ICPs), pitch strategies, and service positioning based on real-time prospect feedback.

What You Bring (Requirements)

Essential Qualifications:

• Language Mastery: C2-level or native German fluency is strictly required to conduct effective sales pitches with e-commerce decision-makers throughout the DACH region, complemented by professional working proficiency in English.
• Sales Track Record: 3 to 7 years of proven business-to-business sales experience, featuring 1 to 2+ years explicitly dedicated to selling Google Ads or performance agency services (strictly required).
• Outbound Mastery: Demonstrated capability in executing full-cycle, outbound, account-based sales tactics (cold calling, targeted email flows, multi-touch strategies).
• Domain Fluency: Robust comprehension of e-commerce business models and Google Ads mechanics to lead intelligent, ROI-focused discussions with clients.
• Autonomy & Work Ethic: Superior self-management and high internal motivation within a 100% remote working environment, alongside comfort handling high daily outbound communication volumes.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

• Established professional relationship networks within DACH e-commerce brands in the €300k-€10M annual revenue bracket.
• Background in cross-selling complementary services such as Email Marketing or Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Practical experience utilizing sales automation software, CRM platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Non-Fit Criteria:

• Sales backgrounds limited strictly to inbound lead handling or business-to-consumer environments.
