Position

(German speaking) International IT Support Specialist

In IT Support you are part of the international IT Team and you provide first & second level support to our colleagues in Poland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Scandinavia, Denmark and the Benelux countries.
Your role
- 1st and 2nd level support for PC workstations and mobile devices (MDM), including new installations and update management - mainly remote service
- Active support and helpdesk as well as request processing in the ITSM / ITAM ticket system
- Administration of the IT infrastructure (server, printer, telephone system, VoIP, software, etc.) incl. documentation of tasks
- Maintenance and monitoring of backup and endpoint protection
- Troubleshooting
- Ensuring top-level customer service (internal customers)
- User trainings
Requirements
- Educational background in IT / System Administration
- At least 2 years of professional experience in IT Service Support or System Administration
- Very good knowledge of the support of Windows 11, Office 365, teams, etc.
- Good knowledge of server administration (Windows 2019) and Microsoft Active Directory
- Ideally user knowledge of ITSM/ITAM (Ivanti) and MDM (Airwatch) systems
- A structured and efficient way of working
- Distinctive ability to work in a team
- Ability to communicate in German and English with internal customers - both mandatory.
