Apart from this, AP team also maintains vendor database and supports the pricing analysis.

Junior AP Accountant with German

Main responsibilities:

• Validating and processing different types of incoming documents (invoices, reports, bank statements) within SAP system
• Researching less complex invoice discrepancies, performing necessary corrections to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors
• Supporting payment process by reviewing payment list
• Performing activities related to the month-end closing
• Acting as a point of contact for inquiries from vendors and other Teams
• Liaising with other departments i.e. Treasury, Procurement, Vendor Master Data

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Very good command (at least B2 level) of German, English and Polish
• Excellent communication and numeric skills, with good attention to detail
• Ability to adapt when, due to business demands, deadlines and priorities change
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Educational background in finance or accounting-related fields and/or previous experience in finance would be a strong asset but it is not a must - you will receive full training which would be provided during the first weeks of work.
