Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for German-speaking business partners operating within the consumer electronics sector, delivering consultative guidance on product integration, compatibility, and performance optimisation.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to consumer electronics products and platforms, ensuring partner satisfaction and minimal operational disruption.
• Develop and maintain deep product expertise across the client's consumer electronics portfolio, including smart devices, home entertainment systems, wearables, and connected home technologies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams - including engineering, sales, and product development - to escalate, track, and resolve high-priority technical cases in a timely manner.
• Deliver technical onboarding sessions, product briefings, and solution demonstrations to German-speaking partners and resellers, both remotely and in coordination with on-site teams.
• Proactively identify trends in partner-reported technical issues and communicate actionable insights to the product and engineering teams to improve consumer electronics offerings.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all technical interactions, solutions, and partner feedback using CRM and case management systems.
• Support the development of technical resources, knowledge base articles, and best-practice guides tailored specifically for the German-speaking partner community in the consumer electronics space.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German language proficiency (spoken and written) is essential for this role - all partner communication will be conducted in German.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for employment eligibility).
• Solid technical background, ideally within the consumer electronics industry or a closely related technology sector, with demonstrated experience in technical support, solutions consulting, or partner enablement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve sophisticated technical issues in a fast-paced, partner-facing environment.
