ABOUT THE ROLE

The Proposal Management team is responsible for overseeing the creation of high-quality proposals and managing an efficient proposal process. The team ensures the organization and coordination of the different proposal phases, as well as the collaboration of experts involved in proposal creation. Strong communication skills are essential, especially in client interactions. The Proposal Designer plays a key role in creating visually compelling proposal documents that effectively communicate key messages and align with client expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and design visually appealing proposal documents, including presentations, Word documents, infographics, and diagrams, to clearly structure content and highlight key messages for clients.
• Apply principles of structuring and content design to craft persuasive sales-oriented proposal documents.
• Utilize professional tools (e.g., MS Office and design software) on Windows platforms to develop innovative designs and infographics.
• Leverage modern technologies, such as generative AI, to quickly adapt and optimize text and content.
• Support proposal managers, technical experts, and other internal team members by harmonizing and visually enhancing content.
• Develop and maintain templates and design guidelines to ensure the efficient and consistent creation of proposal documents.
• Ensure compliance with design guidelines and client-specific requirements.
• Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Translate complex content into clear, visually appealing representations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Media Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in designing proposal documents or visual concepts, preferably in a B2B or IT environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic knowledge of additional design tools.
• Initial experience in using modern technologies to support text and design tasks.
• Strong ability to work in a structured and detail-oriented manner in a dynamic and varied work environment.
• Goal-oriented, creative, flexible, resilient, and motivated, with the ability to manage complexity and deliver results within set timeframes.
• Excellent written communication skills and fluency in both English and German.
