Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complaints or booking discrepancies efficiently, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in every interaction with German-speaking travellers.

• Accurately log all customer interactions, reservations, and case updates into the company's CRM and booking management systems.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role - all customer interactions will be conducted in German.
