The team the role

You'll join our German-market outbound effort, working closely with our Sales Executives to turn cold prospecting into qualified pipeline. Germany is one of our biggest growth bets and most businesses there don't yet know Sendify exists. You'd help lead the outbound effort that's changing that. Your mission: find, contact, and qualify new business opportunities, and keep the pipeline full of high-quality leads.

This is a high-activity, high-ownership role - most of your day will be cold calls and outbound prospecting, and success is visible fast, in the pipeline you build.

What you'll do

• Prospect and identify new B2B customers in the German market
• Make a high volume of cold calls every day, and turn conversations into booked meetings
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure strong pipeline quality
• Work closely with Sales Executives to sharpen handovers and conversion
• Track your activity and results in HubSpot, and work toward clear weekly and monthly targets

Who you are

We believe you:

• Are driven, resilient and motivated by clear targets
• Are comfortable picking up the phone again and again, and can take a "no" without losing momentum
• Are structured and proactive, and can juggle many leads at once
• Speak German (native or fluent) and English fluently
• Are based in Gothenburg, or open to relocating (we'll support the move)

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience in B2B outbound sales or SDR work
• Have used HubSpot or a similar CRM
• Have worked in SaaS, tech, or logistics

• Base salary plus commission

• Relocation support: flight for you (and partner/children), airport transfer, 15,000 SEK net relocation allowance, help finding temporary housing, and practical settlement support - personnummer, ID card, bank account, insurance, and tax registration
