We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel expansion across the DACH market (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).

Position Overview

You will accelerate market footprint by generating qualified opportunities and expanding pipeline across German-speaking territories through targeted outbound outreach.

Primary Duties

• Perform 60-70 targeted outbound calls daily to key decision-makers across the e-commerce sector.
• Prospect, research, and map SMB and mid-market targets in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Connect with potential clients, surface operational friction points, and present our search suite as the ideal solution.
• Vet prospective accounts from inbound and outbound channels, booking verified demos for Account Executives.
• Run targeted multi-channel outreach campaigns using cold calling, targeted emailing, and LinkedIn messaging.

Candidate Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record in phone-driven outbound B2B sales environments.
• History of consistently hitting or exceeding daily activity metrics and monthly meeting targets.
• Strong resilience, active listening skills, effective objection handling, and a persuasive phone presence.
• Practical experience using sales engagement platforms and CRMs (such as Salesforce or HubSpot).

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in SaaS, e-commerce tools, martech, or site search solutions.
• Experience operating within high-velocity sales environments or fast-growing startup teams.

Language Requirements

• Fluent German: Required to perform cold outreach and establish immediate credibility in the DACH market.
• Professional English or Spanish: Required for internal operational alignment and team collaboration.

Location & Operational Setup

• Workplace: 100% In-Office (Madrid). Full on-site attendance at our Madrid office to drive real-time collaboration and team alignment.
• Working Hours: Monday-Thursday: 09:00 - 18:00; Friday: 09:00 - 15:00.
• Onboarding: Comprehensive 4-week onboarding program during your first month covering product features, sales methodologies, and internal tools.

Compensation Package

• Base Pay: €30,000 gross annual salary.
• Uncapped Monthly Variable: €600 target commission structure with performance multipliers:

  • 100% Quota Met: 2.0x multiplier (€1,200 total)
  • 150% Quota Met: 3.0x multiplier (€1,800 total)
• Quarterly Bonus Accelerator: Maintain an average performance over 150% of target for a quarter to apply the 3.0x payout retroactively across all three months.
