ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Sales PMO Specialist in our Auto Sales Desk team, you will support Clients and Delivery Partners throughout the sales processes. Your work will focus on managing pre-sales activities, maintaining CRM and document management systems, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners. This is a role for someone organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in both German and English.

As a Sales PMO Specialist in our Auto Sales Desk team, you will support Clients and Delivery Partners throughout the sales processes. Your work will focus on managing pre-sales activities, maintaining CRM and document management systems, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners. This is a role for someone organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in both German and English.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Clients and Delivery Partners in the entire sales process
- Collect and process specifications and tender documents (Lastenhefte und Ausschreibungen)
- Create and manage opportunities and frameworks in Salesforce (Salesforce Opp-Anlage/Framework Anlage)
- Set up and maintain folder structures in the 3P-DMS document management system
- Present sales documents and offers to Clients and Delivery Partners
- Coordinate closely with Sales and Delivery teams to ensure smooth project handovers
- Ensure accuracy and quality in all sales documentation and CRM entries
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken)
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
