• Participate actively in regular training sessions, team briefings, and performance reviews to stay current with product knowledge and service protocols.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German language proficiency (both spoken and written) is essential for this role - all customer interactions will be conducted in German.
• A valid EU passport is mandatory for relocation and employment eligibility purposes.
