German Speaking Support Coordinator

Your role in a nutshell:

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our great team. The essence of this role is to provide administrative support to Products, Partner Management, Marketing, CVM and Commercial management teams

What you'll do:
• Organize, facilitate and follow up Project Meetings
• Manage the process of on and off boarding of colleagues in Germany
• Track and follow up overall project budgets in MS Excel
• Administrative workflow support in SAP for different processes
• Support in sales specific partner projects, e.g. calculation, sales offer documents, partner briefing calls, onboarding partner activities, escalation calls, preparation of sales meetings
• Responsible for managing the NFR (not-for-resale) process with external Sales partners
• Create presentations, meeting minutes and decision templates

What you'll bring to the team:
• German skills are close to fluent, and your English skills are at least intermediate
• Good Microsoft Office skills, including presentation skills
• Experiences with SAP
• Support related or customer service experience, preferably as a PA
• Clear communication. You write well. You can explain just about anything to anyone, and you are comfortable communicating in writing and on the phone.
• Pay close attention to details. As far as you're concerned, anything worth doing is worth doing right, on time, every single time. You stay focused, and nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
• Problem solving skills. You love taking on difficult challenges and you don't get flustered easily. If you don't know the answer, you'll dig until you find it.
