Key Daily Responsibilities

As a vital member of our German-speaking customer care team, you will manage incoming inquiries through phone calls, emails, and live chat sessions. Your day-to-day duties will involve:

• Reservation Management: Assisting travelers throughout their booking journey, including processing new bookings, modifications, cancellations, and specialized travel requests.
• Financial Resolution: Addressing invoice questions, managing refund requests, and clarifying reservation terms with an empathetic, patient approach.
• B2B Host Support: Assisting property partners with backend system troubleshooting, rate adjustments, and real-time inventory management.
• Platform Navigation: Guiding users through account setups, website features, and mobile application functionalities.
• Data Management: Inputting detailed records of customer interactions, resolutions, and feedback into our centralized CRM database.

Minimum Qualifications
