Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Native or fluent German language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role.
• A valid EU passport is mandatory for relocation and employment eligibility purposes.
• A genuine passion for the travel industry and a customer-first attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, travel support, tourism, or a related field is highly advantageous.
