We are currently expanding our Localization team in Kyiv and are looking for an experienced freelance German translator. If your German is outstanding and you have passion for written translations - then you should apply for our Translator of English to German position based in Kyiv and get a chance to become a part of an amazing team of professionals!

Areas ofresponsibility:
- English toGerman translations ofall the 3Shape materials: R&D (user manuals, software strings, safety guides etc.) &Marketing (ads, banners, videos, website, etc.)
- Working incooperation with our 2nd German translator (daily interaction, task sharing, proofreading each other's work etc.)
- Coordinating the proofreading ofyour translations with our colleagues inGermany.
You should have experience inthe following fields:
- Atleast 2years ofexperience translating from English toGerman, both technical and marketing texts
- German knowledge atanative speaking level (C2)/ oranative speaker
- Advanced written and oral English (C1)
- Good writing/copywriting skills
- AconfidentPC user
- Substantial experience with Microsoft Office
- Degree inlinguistics isaplus
- Experience with the translation tools isaplus
Candidates who have lived/worked inGermany for atleast afew years have apriority!

- Bewilling and able tolearn new things fast

- Beable tohandle multiple tasks under reasonable deadlines
