German VIP Team Lead

A leading igaming company is looking for a German VIP Team Lead. As a VIP Team Lead, you will manage a team of VIP Account Managers, ensuring their daily tasks and responsibilities are carried out efficiently. You will drive the team toward exceeding targets and delivering top-tier service to VIP players.

You'll lead by example, refining team processes and procedures, and implementing proactive and reactive strategies to achieve and surpass goals each month.

The role is office based and offers a salary of up to €38,400 with an unlimited bonus structure.

Role and Responsibilities

• Managing the German VIP Account Manager team
• Developing and implementing strategic plans to foster the professional growth of VIP Managers
• Identifying team strengths and addressing weaknesses to ensure progress and hit VIP targets
• Building strong, productive relationships with VIPs
• Introducing new processes and improving existing procedures
• Providing weekly reports on market trends and team performance
• Conducting one-on-ones and managing performance
• Assisting the Head/Director of VIPs

Education, Skills, and Experience

• Native-level German, both written and spoken
• Fluent English (C2 level)
• At least 2 years of experience as a VIP Manager for the German market in igaming (non-negotiable)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Strong analytical skills with an understanding of numbers, KPIs, and targets
• Experience in scheduling, work planning, presenting, and reporting
• Ability to work under pressure with excellent organizational and time management skills
