We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Global Mobility Specialists to join our HR Service Hub. In this role, you will manage international assignments end-to-end, working closely with our HR colleagues and service providers worldwide. As the first point of contact for expatriates, you will play a key role in guiding them through one of the most exciting chapters of their careers.

We are looking for motivated professionals to join our team in two focus areas:

1. Admin-focused role - managing expatriation documentation, system maintenance, and supporting backend processes end-to-end
2. Coordination-focused role - acting as a central point of contact for employees, service providers, and stakeholders, overseeing the full expatriation process

Both profiles offer exposure to a wide variety of HR topics and international collaboration across our global HR network.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end coordination of international assignments according to Bosch Central Directives and country-specific regulations
• Act as a first point of contact for employees (expats), service providers, and HR colleagues throughout the expatriation process
• Ensure compliance in compensation, legal, immigration, labor, and tax matters
• Support employees with work-related or personal questions with empathy and confidence
• Prepare compensation packages, contracts, salary reviews, bonuses, promotions, onboarding, and repatriation

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Humanities, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in HR, Shared Service Center, Finance, Risk Management, Data Analysis, or a similar area
• Strong organizational and time-management skills combined with an analytical mindset
• Ability to handle confidential information with empathy, discretion, and independence
• Advanced German and English skills (written and spoken) - both are essential for this role
