Role Summary and Impact
As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC) in Poland, you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment.

We are looking for a Junior Paid Search Specialist with German, who will:

• Support the team in conducting Paid Search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Ads and others.
• Collaborate directly with global WPP media houses and agencies on SEM/SEA activities for international markets (e.g., Germany, UK, USA, EMEA).
• Analyze data, draw conclusions, and offer targeted recommendations.
• Report and assist in billing reconciliation (depending on the role).
• Participate in meetings with GOC and WPP Media teams.
• Gain experience from the assistance of more experienced professionals.

Skills and Experience
If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:

• Fluency in German (B2/C1) is a must.
• Fluency in English (B2/C1).
• Experience in Paid Search campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads. Experience with other platforms (Microsoft/Bing, Apple, SA360) is a strong bonus.
• Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Experience with Google Analytics, Data Studio/Looker Studio, GA4, GTM, and GMC is a plus.
• Eagerness to work directly from Poland (Warsaw, Poznań, or Kraków preferred).
• Enthusiasm for learning new things, implementing, and testing new opportunities in the global market.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
