About this Role

We are seeking a German-speaking HR Advisor to provide high-quality HR support and guidance to employees and managers across a range of HR policies, processes, and employee lifecycle activities. This role acts as a key point of contact through telephone and email channels, ensuring an excellent employee experience while delivering efficient HR administration and case management services. The successful candidate will collaborate with HR specialists, business stakeholders, and external providers to resolve queries and support end-to-end HR processes.

What you'll do

• Provide HR advice and transactional support to employees and managers via telephone and email in line with established HR policies and processes
• Act as the first point of contact for HR-related enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of requests
• Register and manage employee cases within HR systems and case management platforms
• Escalate complex cases to relevant HR teams and Centres of Expertise when appropriate
• Support end-to-end HR administration processes, which may include payroll activities, employee onboarding and offboarding, relocation processes, maternity-related administration, employment documentation, tax-related documentation, timesheet administration, and occupational health screening coordination
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across HR systems and tools, including SAP, HR portals, knowledge management platforms, and payroll systems
• Deliver services in line with agreed service levels and quality standards
• Contribute to a positive employee experience through professional, customer-focused support

Who you are

• 0-3 years of relevant experience in HR administration, HR shared services, employee support, customer service, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle administration, learning and development, reward and recognition, or related HR activities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support employees and managers effectively
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Good business awareness and a customer-focused mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems such as SAP or similar ERP platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and service level agreements
• Cross-cultural awareness and the ability to work within an international environment
• German language proficiency at C1 level (mandatory)
• English language proficiency at B2 level (mandatory)
