HR Contact Center Agent with German

Job Purpose:
The HR Services Germany Contact Center is responsible for all payroll relevant requests from our German employees (> 200.000). The employees can contact us via phone or mail. Next to the answering of questions the team also processes several requests (e.g. change of address or bank account). To ensure a good service level for our colleagues within the DHL Group we need contact center agents to answer the requests.

Your tasks:
  • Information and professional advice for DHL employees in personnel matters, e.g. by asking
    • for payroll
    • to change the master data
    • to certificates
    • to child benefit
    • for social security etc.
  • Master data maintenance in the SAP/HR systems OPEN and OPEN-ICE in compliance with data protection regulations
  • Documentation of requests via ticket system
  • Answering requests from employees via phone and mail
Your profile:
  • Advanced English and German
  • 1+ years professional experience in administration, HR or custome service
  • Problem-solving skills for resolving language data quality issues
  • Detail oriented person with good communication skills
