To support key topics such as AI in HR, process standardization and harmonization, recruiting, and collaboration across German subsidiaries, we are looking for an experienced HR Project Manager who enjoys working in an agile German environment and influencing HR at a strategic level.

To support key topics such as AI in HR, process standardization and harmonization, recruiting, and collaboration across German subsidiaries, we are looking for an experienced HR Project Manager who enjoys working in an agile German environment and influencing HR at a strategic level.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and implement strategic HR projects end-to-end.
- Develop organizational and process concepts together with HR, IT, Legal, and Business Stakeholders.
- Prepare decision papers and presentations for senior management and act as a trusted advisor.
- Drive planning and delivery of goals and key deliverables (OKRs).
- Ensure project transparency, manage risks, and actively steer stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with HR teams in Germany and internal communications.
- Support change, collaboration, and continuous improvement across HR domains.
Your Profile
- 3-5+ years of project management experience, ideally in HR, consulting, or a corporate environment.
- Proven experience working in complex, agile, and international settings.
- Strong understanding of HR topics, trends, and business processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven, structured, and results-oriented mindset.
- Fluent German and English (C1).
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
