HR Recruiting Admin with German (Austrian Market)

The position
Are you organized, proactive, and ready to make an impact?
We're looking for a detail-driven Recruiting Administrator to support our dynamic recruitment team. You'll play a key role in keeping our hiring processes organized, efficient, and candidate-friendly-from interview coordination to system management and reporting. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with people, this role is your chance to grow in an international setting!
Tasks & responsibilities shared within a team
Fluency in German (B2 level or higher) is essential, as it will be your main working language; strong proficiency in English (C1 level) is also required.
Ideally, you have some experience in recruitment, HR, administration, or a similar corporate role.

Tasks & responsibilities shared within a team
- Support Recruiters with administrative tasks for internal and external recruitment processes for the Austrian market.
- Coordinate phone, video, and on-site interviews via email and phone.
- Manage recruitment systems: create positions, track candidate status, and post job ads.
- Provide technical support to hiring managers.
- Administer the employee referral program.
- Contribute to reporting activities and participate in additional projects.

Additionally, we are looking for:
- Strong administrative and digital capabilities, especially with Microsoft Office; experience with tools like SuccessFactors is a plus.
- A self-driven approach to prioritizing tasks while staying aligned with internal processes and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a strong sense of accountability and service.
- Completed higher education (we also welcome applications from last-year students).
- A proactive attitude and positive energy-ready to share ideas and help shape better processes in our Speak-Up culture.
