YOUR ROLE

In your role as an HR Services & Resolution Specialist, you will deliver personnel administration and employee lifecycle support for our Swiss operations. You will ensure high data accuracy across employee records, monitor data entry procedures, update work instructions, and handle queries promptly. Working alongside coordinators, team leads, and HR partners, you will support administrative tasks, assist with audit requests, and help drive continuous process improvements. This role offers a great environment to build your HR skills, expand your operational knowledge, and grow your career in international HR services.

Work model: 2 days per week from the office in Wrocław.

WHO YOU ARE

• 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a Shared Services environment
• Fluency in German (written and spoken) and good command in English
• Practical knowledge of HR systems such as Employee Central
• High attention to detail, conscientiousness, and care when handling confidential documentation
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related discipline
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus
