As an HR Specialist, you will be part of our Employee Operations team supporting our HR colleagues, Business Partners, and other internal customers on employee lifecycle processes.

In your new role you will:

• Be responsible for the administration of HR-related matters (e.g., termination and retirement topics, data maintenance related to personal and organization data, etc.) and act as point of contact for customers via our HR platform MyHR in the EMEA region
• Provide support to our HR Business Partners and their business areas with administrative processes within the employee lifecycle in English, German and Portuguese
• Share and exchange HR related information with all levels of the organization
• Be responsible for ensuring all practices are legally compliant and in line with Infineon's policies and procedures
• Initiate process improvements and support the digitalization of HR processes

You are a highly proactive person who easily establishes successful cooperation with your team and others. With your methodic and organized working style, you efficiently structure your activities. Furthermore, your service mindset and your strong customer orientation allow you to target specific needs and to provide a high-quality service of excellence. Furthermore, you are a very communicative person and a true team player.

You are best equipped for this position if you have:

• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Languages, or a similar field of studies;
• Experience in HR or in a customer support role;
• Good command of Microsoft Office;
• An affinity towards digital tools;
• Good command of German and English (mandatory).
