A unique opportunity to join our Goodyear Team at an exciting time of consolidating HR processes and building a new HR Operations team!

Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Document administration in relation to employee life cycle events like contracts, addenda, exits and certificates
• Maintain personal files in line with legal requirements & accurately maintain employee master data in HR Systems
• HR project management (participating in HR knowledge transfer & process improvement projects)
• Support HRSSC and HRBPs on HR legal & Admin subjects

To Join Our Team You Will Need

• Professional experience preferably within HR area
• Very good German (min. B2 level) & at least good English
• Experience working in a GBS / Shared Services work environment is highly desirable
• PC Literate (MS Office and Workday user knowledge will be an asset)
• Attention to detail
• Ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality
• Good, professional communication skills
