Requirements

University degree completed or in progress (preferably in Economics or related fields)

Interest in Audit or professional services
Good command of Romanian and English

Good command of German (min. B2)
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, pivot tables, conditional formatting, basic data analysis)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Your Responsibilities

As part of the Audit team, you will:

• participate in client meetings and understand client operations and processes;
• prepare summaries and follow up on discussions with clients;
• support audit documentation and year-end balance sheet preparation;
• review and organize financial documents received from clients;
• use Excel extensively for data analysis and processing;
• work with internal audit tools and methodologies;
• collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple projects and industries.
