In-House Recruiter to join our team, based in Dublin.
As an In-House Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying and engaging talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and supporting our business objectives. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and execute effective recruitment strategies. From screening applications to conducting interviews, your recruitment expertise in the German markets will be highly valued.
We are focused on expanding our talent pool across Europe, with key locations in Germany, Ireland, and the Netherlands. This position offers a unique opportunity to support our recruitment efforts across these regions, working from our Dublin office.
DAY TO DAY - Full-Cycle Recruitment Execution: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for roles within the German-speaking markets.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and LinkedIn, to identify and engage potential candidates. Conduct targeted searches for both active and passive candidates.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Contribute to building and maintaining talent pipelines for key roles in the German-speaking regions to support future hiring needs.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruitment support.
- Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct interviews and assess candidates for cultural fit and relevant skills.
- Candidate Experience Management: Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
- Employer Branding Support: Assist in promoting the company's employer brand.
- Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and data protection regulations within the ATS.
- Market Insights: Monitor industry trends and provide relevant market insights to support recruitment activities.
- Recruitment Reporting: Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and key metrics.
REQUIRED SKILLS - Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- Recruitment Experience: 1+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within the German-speaking markets.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Candidate Sourcing Skills: Proven ability to source candidates through various channels.
- Interviewing Skills: Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with hiring managers.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
- Cultural Awareness: Understanding of the German market's cultural nuances and employment laws.
