Channel Ops Specialist intern:

In this role, you will contribute to Honeywell Technology's ability to deliver superior value through its sales channel partners by streamlining operations, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the entire partner ecosystem-all with the aim of increasing overall efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Support the analysis of channel performance and contribute to identifying potential areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the team to document and implement operational process improvements related to the sales channel.
• Participate in cross-functional collaborative activities to understand how sales channel strategies and objectives are aligned.
• Support the team in preparing information and materials for sales channel partners.
• Assist in the collection, organization, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales channel programs, under the supervision of the team.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

• An interest in sales channel operations, sales, or related business processes; no prior work experience is required.
• Curiosity and a willingness to develop analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and a desire to learn how to manage priorities across multiple tasks simultaneously, with support from the team.

Preferred Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Foreign Languages, Communication Studies, or a related field.
• Excellent proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Academic background in, or an interest in, channel excellence or operational activities.
• Basic familiarity with data analysis, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and reporting, with an interest in further developing these skills.
• Strong organizational skills and an interest in learning project management methodologies and practices.
• An interest in the technology or manufacturing sectors is considered a plus.
