Internal Sales Assistant - German Speaking

Then you might be the Internal Sales Assistant we're looking for to join our German Internal Sales / Customer Service team.

As an Internal Sales Assistant, you will become part of our multicultural Internal Sales / Customer Service department of approximately 50 colleagues located at our headquarters in Denmark. Within the department, you will join our German team of approximately 15 colleagues. In this role you will support our German sales representatives and customers while collaborating closely with colleagues in Denmark and Hanoi, Vietnam.

As an Internal Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting customers and sales representatives, ensuring a high level of service across our sales processes and digital solutions.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Providing telephone and email support to sales representatives and customers, primarily in Germany.
• Processing, monitoring, and following up on customer orders in SAP.
• Handling customer inquiries, returns, warranty claims, and support tickets.
• Setting up new customers and maintaining existing customer data and agreements.
• Advising customers and sales representatives on our products, services, and solutions.
• Supporting our digital ordering platform SmartStore and other digital customer platforms.
• Collaborating closely with colleagues across departments to ensure efficient handling of customer requests.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes, systems, and customer service.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in customer service, internal sales, or a similar administrative role.
• Is service-minded and enjoys creating positive customer experiences.
• Is fluent in German, both spoken and written.
• Has a good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Works in a structured and detail-oriented manner while maintaining an overview in a fast-paced environment.
• Is proactive, responsible, and enjoys taking ownership of tasks.
• Thrives in a collaborative, multicultural team environment.
• Enjoys working with multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Has good IT skills and preferably experience with SAP, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, SmartStore, or similar business applications.
