Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience leveraging technological tools to gather and present technical and financial data that promotes products, services, and solutions in support of key business objectives.
• Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

• Ability to comfortably engage at multiple levels internally and externally, and influence senior stakeholders towards shared objectives.
• Innovative & entrepreneurial mindset, a comfort with acting and advising in ambiguity by collaborating effectively with your colleagues and customers.

As an International Growth Consultant, you will focus on driving international business and global client growth. You will understand customer business needs and growth ambitions, leveraging sales expertise, problem-solving skills, and influence with key stakeholders. You will identify insights, deliver recommendations, and solve complex problems for major brands, startups, and scaleups. Collaboration, mentorship, and sharing expertise are central to success within this team environment.

In this role, you will have the autonomy and support to achieve business goals by collaborating with Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sellers. The goal is to educate and enable customers to utilize Google insights, technology and solutions, including AI, for rapid scaling and expansion. The impact of these consultants on customer growth is frequently highlighted in company performance reports.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultant to work with client/partner leadership and stakeholders to develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs), review JBPs and provide input to improve the JBPs or add agreement/services.
• Use analytical insights to align products and offerings with clients'/partners' marketing objectives, leveraging and collaborating with product specialist teams and create forward-thinking and data-driven stories, narratives, and sales pitches.
• Build dashboards to generate, synthesize, and report relevant data to clients/partners, develop or use tools to analyze or forecast client/partner business, the industry, or consumer behaviors, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide support and consulting on client's/partner's strategy in the areas of business, marketing, or product development, and translate data into answers to questions or insights to facilitate business decision-making and analyze/build an understanding of client/partner business and stakeholders.
