About the Internship

As a Marketing & Operations Intern, you’ll play a key role in managing our online presence, supporting recruitment marketing campaigns, and optimizing job postings. If you love digital marketing and want real-world experience, this is for you!

What you will be doing

• Assisting with job ads, social media engagement, and content updates
• Helping with recruitment marketing campaigns
• Supporting daily operations and process improvements
• Learning the ins and outs of digital employer branding

 What we are looking for

• Studying Marketing, Business, or Communications
• Fluent in Dutch or German + business-level English
• Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience
• A passion for employer branding and digital marketing
