About the job

Development and implementation of automation processes in the claims environment of a primary insurer.

The goal is to achieve fully automated claims processing and information exchange, in line with industry standards set by the Industry Institute for Process Optimization (BiPro).

Additionally, a mobile iOS app has been developed for real-time data exchange in property appraisals. The use of AI technology is also being implemented and expanded for efficient claims management.

Your tasks

• You will act as an interface between IT and business in our customer projects
• You are responsible for functional requirements management in complex agile software projects
• Creating solution designs for the implementation in IT systems and support the development in case of technical queries
• Ensuring the functional validation of the specified scopes
• Creating user documentation and training material and accompany the introduction of the software in the specialist area
• You are responsible for communication and coordination with stakeholders

Your experience

• University degree in computer science, business informatics, training as an IT specialist, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in requirements analysis and technical specification
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Fundamental understanding of object orientated Programming
• Initial programming experience or high IT affinity
• Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly find your way in different corporate cultures
• Ideally, experience in an agile project environment
• Good German and English skills (B2 or better)
