IT Support Specialist with German - shift work (f/m/x)

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team and work in an international environment. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting users in resolving technical issues related to applications, systems, and computer hardware. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys analyzing and solving problems, and is ready to work in a three-shift system, including nights, weekends, and holidays. This is a great opportunity to develop IT skills and improve language abilities.

Your tasks

• IT user support in resolving technical issues related to applications, systems, and computer hardware
• Remote support for users regarding applications, operating systems, and hardware
• Managing user accounts in Active Directory/Entra ID
• Office 365 support and basic telephone system administration
• Support for mobile devices (Android/iOS) and endpoint management tools (Intune, NinjaOne, ManageEngine)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, including internships and practical training
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and Intune technologies
• Understanding of computer hardware and basic configuration elements
• Interpersonal skills and good organization of one's own work
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system, including night hours, weekends, and holidays
• Fluent knowledge of Polish and residing in Poland is required
• Advanced knowledge of English and German at least at B2 level
