We are a commercial organization based in Eindhoven, responsible for the Benelux, Nordic countries and the United Kingdom. We also work closely with our office in Reutlingen (Germany), which supports the German-speaking markets, including Germany, Austria and Switzerland. For our Marketing Department we are looking for a:

(Jr) Activation Manager Retail Benelux
40 hours per week

In this role, you will define and implement key elements of the marketing plan, which includes developing and executing strategies to enhance digital presence through campaign creation and media planning. You will also manage brand activation efforts, focusing on in-store, near-store, and e-commerce activations, including brand promotions, retailer campaigns, and product launches. You'll be reporting to the Communications & Activation manager BDNE and are part of the Marketing BDNE organization, containing 15 people. Following our recent brand relaunch, we're entering a new chapter with a refreshed identity, bold ambitions, and a clear vision for the future. Safe to say, it's a very exciting time to join.

Responsibilities: What do you do?

• Build brand exposure and drive trial of the Bonduelle brand via online and offline (in and near store) channels to obtain maximum ROI for priority segments.

• Generate knowledge and take the expert role in digital media, brand activation and retailer tools.

• Responsible for the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns and brand activations, in line with the BNL marketing plan, Bonduelle brand guide and together with the Communications & Activation manager BDNE. Build on business objectives (volume and CI) and marketing objectives (brand awareness, inspiration and drive trial).

• Create consistency in different online media channels and offline activations.

• Implementation and management of the Bonduelle website; content and analytics (KPI's).

• Identifying local content needs and developing of content (calendar) in coordination with local partners / the Regional Comunications & activation team.

• Report on KPI's and campaign effectiveness (media objectives and Nielsen) of on-and offline campaigns / activations and translate them into recommendations.

• Coordinate and submit business cases and approvals for marketing activations, including displays, multibuy promotions, and in-pack or on-pack activities.

You get energy from handling a broad variety of projects. While you love to spill creative ideas and go all out, you also see the importance in strong campaign evaluation and optimizing future initiatives with these learnings. As you'll deal with many different internal and external stakeholders, you should enjoy making a connection. Although we're a very close team, you are able to work independently and take responsibility, while having your team ready to discuss with you and support you.

Your education, skills and experience

• A bachelor's (or higher) level of working and thinking

• A proven record of relevant work experience in 'Branded' FMCG/Food retail organization

• Proven experience with all elements of Brand Management ( i.e. media planning, communication development, liaising with agencies) in a successful A-brand organization.

• Affinity with food and aware of impact on health and well-being in our society

• Fluent in Dutch and English languages
