Junior AP Accountant with German

About the Role:

As a Junior AP Accountant with German language skills, you will support the Accounts Payable team by ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. The role involves handling invoices, which requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You will also be responsible for data analysis using Excel. Fluency in English is essential, and a communicative level of German is required for effective communication with our German-speaking colleagues and stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

• Activities connected with booking invoices in the financial system, payments, vendor master data, document workflow
• Cooperation with peers and other teams across the Property Management business line
• Ensuring operations are in line with department's service level agreements
• Building relationship with stakeholders
• Reviewing and updating process documentation, playbooks and guidelines
• Ad hoc analysis of reports based on internal needs and client's request

What You'll Need:

• Fluent English is a must
• German language - in communicative level
• University degree or in progress (preferred finances/accounting/economy)
• Open for the first professional experience in accounting department
• Good MS Excel skills
• Stand-alone approach to business challenges
• Goal-oriented, Team player
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
