Your future team:
The team drives sales and commercial effectiveness by implementing best practices, optimizing processes, and leveraging tools that enhance business performance. The team is responsible for managing sales data, reporting, and support systems that enable accurate performance tracking and informed decision-making across the organization and for customers.
What you will be doing:
- Controlling of project sales opportunities' mandatory fields plus communication with local specification teams
- Controlling of project estimated delivery and close dates
- Data enrichment and management of existing opportunities
- Screen Rocksell to remove duplicated projects
- Extraction/summary of sandwich panel specification from building specification documents
- Research of additional project related information via internet
- Conduct advanced queries, analyze and synthesize data
- Advanced market research on defined segments
- Creation of advanced presentations in PowerPoint
- Registration of new project sales opportunities according to process
- Creation of process manuals and procedures
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data
- Create visualizations and reports to present data-driven insights to stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of data dashboards and reporting tools
- Evaluation/qualification of potential prospects/leads regarding possible sales opportunities
What you bring:
- University graduate in Finance related field
- User knowledge and experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English and at least B1 level in German (reading, speaking and understanding)
- Previous experience on Data Analysis using Power Query is a plus
- Analytical skill and pragmatic sense
- Ability to organize daily work autonomously without explicit guidance
- Team player, proactive, accurate and detail-oriented approach
- Innovative thinking to develop new processes
- Willingness to travel 2-3 times a year (within Europe)
